The Osmo iPad base (which includes a reflector) is sold as part of several Osmo kits or separately as an accessory on PlayOsmo.com and Amazon.com.
At this time, only iPad bases sold on PlayOsmo.com include our new adjustable reflector, Reflector for iPad (2021), which works with the newer iPad models, as well as the older ones.
Please make sure you have an iPad from this list of Osmo-compatible devices.
