What happens if I lose or break a red reflector?

If you lose or break a reflector, you may purchase a new one on PlayOsmo.com, in the Accessories section.

Please note that we no longer sell the classic iPad base reflector since the classic Osmo base was discontinued in August 2019.

We're unable to provide free replacements for classic iPad base reflectors since they are permanently out of stock.

If you have purchased a new Osmo product including an Osmo base (from our website or a retailer), and a reflector was missing or defective, please submit a replacement request.
