There is a one-year warranty on the Osmo bases, iPad protective cases, and portable carrying cases only; game pieces are replaced free of charge, within reason.
If you'd like to request a replacement Osmo base, you may need to send us your broken base (base + reflector) first.
While we do not replace lost iPad or Fire bases (or reflectors), we do sell them separately on our website. Fire bases and reflectors are not available currently, but they are coming back soon.
You can submit your replacement requests following the steps described in this article.
