Is there a warranty for Osmo?

There is a one-year warranty on the Osmo bases, iPad protective cases, and portable carrying cases only; game pieces are replaced free of charge, within reason, for the first 90 days. You can follow these instructions to submit an online request for replacements.

If you'd like to request a replacement Osmo base, you may need to send us your broken base (base + reflector) first. Please reach out to us through this contact form for assistance with the process.

While we do not replace lost iPad or Fire bases (or reflectors), we do sell them separately on our website, in the Accessories section.
