Do I need to purchase an Osmo reflector separately?

All Osmo Starter Kits include bases and reflectors.

However, you may need to purchase an extra reflector (Osmo Reflector for iPad 2021 or Osmo Reflector for Fire Tablets 2021), if you have one of the newest thin bezel models, and the kit you own was purchased prior to Fall 2022.

If you are purchasing an Osmo Starter Kit or an Osmo Base, you will be prompted to add an extra reflector if you own one of the newest iPad or Fire tablet models.
