No, the Osmo base for Amazon Fire is not compatible with kid-proof cases or any other protective cases at this time. All cases will need to be removed from the tablet before playing Osmo games.
Any screen protector that is thinner than 0.3mm and has a cutout for the camera should work, but we can't guarantee that it will since we haven't tested any of them yet.
