In September 2018, Osmo launched the new Osmo for Amazon Fire platform.
Please see this list of Osmo-compatible devices.
If you are unsure which Fire tablet you have, you can find out by going to:
Settings > Device Options.
There are currently no plans to expand Osmo into other Android tablets.
