First, please verify that you are only using the Reflector Adapter with the Amazon Fire HD 8 (10th Generation) or Amazon Fire HD 10 (11th Generation), and the Osmo Fire base & reflector.
The Reflector Adapter is not needed when using any other compatible Fire tablets.
If you continue to experience detection issues while playing, please follow these instructions to troubleshoot.
Please note that the Osmo Fire Reflector Adapter is no longer available for purchase on our website as this item was replaced by the new Reflector for Fire Tablets (2021).
