Orders placed on PlayOsmo.com shipping via ground in the U.S. are handed off to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a combination of those carriers. Ground carriers outside the U.S. are Australia Post, Royal Mail, UPS, USPS, and others.
While we offer expedited shipping options in the U.S., we do not currently do so for international orders.
Shipping points are:
- U.S. - San Diego;
- Canada - San Diego;
- Australia and New Zealand - Sydney, Australia;
- UK and EU - UK and the Netherlands;
- Asia Pacific Countries - various.

Emails:
Osmo sends three emails regarding the order status, in this order: 1) order confirmation, 2) order shipment confirmation, and 3) order delivery confirmation. The order shipment confirmation includes the carrier and tracking details. These emails are sent to the address indicated on the order.
