The Osmo Math Wizard and the Secrets of the Dragons game is too easy/hard for my child, how can I make it harder/easier?

The Math Wizard and the Secrets of the Dragons game does not have difficulty settings that can be manually adjusted from the main menu. However, the game will automatically adjust the difficulty level and the number of prompts/hints as the player progresses in the game.
