Osmo Counting Town is too easy/hard for my child, how can I make it harder/easier?

Unfortunately, Counting Town does not have a way to manually change the difficulty level in the game. However, the numbers used to fulfill the villagers' requests get higher as the game progresses, so the game will naturally get more difficult.
