How do I obtain an itemized receipt / invoice for my Osmo purchase?

If you placed your order with our EDU team from a quote, please contact us for assistance through this form.

If you placed your order on PlayOsmo.com, you can generate and view your itemized receipt through your order status page.

Please follow these steps, replacing "YOURORDERNUMBER" in the URL with your order confirmation number (which we sent to you in the order confirmation email after you placed your order).

1. Go to your order status page at this URL: https://www.playosmo.com/en/myorder/?id=YOURORDERNUMBER

2. Click "Unlock personal information" and enter the email address and the postal code associated with your order.

3. Under the shipping address, there is an option to "View a printable receipt." Click on that link to view and print your Osmo receipt.

If you were signed in to your PlayOsmo account when you placed your order, you will be able to view and print itemized receipts from the order history in your account.
